East Gippsland faces numerous challenges to health and wellbeing, including high rates of family violence, alcohol-related harm, obesity, food insecurity, and poor mental health. East Gippsland Primary Care Partnership (EG PCP) felt there was a need to reorient the way in which we tackled these issues. Rather than just focusing on action to address them, EG PCP decided to increase the focus on identifying and measuring the changes we needed to make.
