The Cost of Paper Referrals
The purpose of this project is to benchmark the actual cost of continuing to use non-electronic referrals at DPV Health. This project builds on similar projects conducted elsewhere in Australia and overseas. This project was developed in response to the work undertaken as part of the Victorian eReferral Project (VeRP) funded by Department of Health & Human Services.
Review of Outer Northern Metro Refugee Health Nurse Models
This review was initiated to inform future understanding of the complex needs of arriving refugees and to plan for the current and predicated future demands for the City of Hume. The review describes crucial elements of three services models in the Hume catchment, looks at key literature, population trends, and service data and identifies barriers to and enablers of best practice in the current models.
Outer Northern Refugee Health Annual Report 2018-2019
