This review was initiated to inform future understanding of the complex needs of arriving refugees and to plan for the current and predicated future demands for the City of Hume. The review describes crucial elements of three services models in the Hume catchment, looks at key literature, population trends, and service data and identifies barriers to and enablers of best practice in the current models.
