Better-Communities-for-Children-Leadership-Network-v 5

The “Better Communities for Children Leadership Network” comprises of local and regional leaders representing early years and childhood services (0-12 years) in the Mansfield Shire. The Network develops and delivers a Child and Family Well-being Strategic Plan for the Shire in order to  “contribute to better safety, health, well-being and social belonging for all children within the Shire” (BCFCLN Strategic Plan 2013-17). This document provides the monitoring and evaluation  framework for the network, developed to guide the monitoring and evaluation activities of both the network and working parties to June 2017; and to frame an independent evaluation in June 2017.
