Outer Northern Prevention Taskforce
The report informed the development of the 2018 HWPCP Prevention Plan as part of the Shared Vision for the North Project, auspiced by the Northern Health’s Primary Care and Population Health Committee which included place based prevention plans and activities being delivered by a number of local organisations.
Shared Vision for the North Refresh
Shared Vision for the North was a collaboration of organisations involved in the delivery and / or planning of health and community services across northern metropolitan Melbourne and extending into neighbouring regional areas. This report provides a summary of the proposed new arrangements.
