RESPIRATORY SERVICES REVIEW COLLABORATIVE PROJECT SERVICE MAPPING AND CONSUMER CONSULTATIONS REPORT August 2016

The INW PCP undertook a service mapping and consultation exercise during the first phase of the project, to assist stakeholders to identify strengths, gaps and pressure points in the current service system and identify opportunities for improvement. Consumer consultations were also completed to understand the consumer perspective and understanding of available services.
