The Primary Health Workforce Capacity Building in Self-Management Support Project is part of the implementation of the Ovens Murray and Goulburn Chronic Care Strategy. The project aims to increase workforce confidence by building capability in self-management support. A skilled primary health workforce is essential to enable effective chronic condition self-management support for people living with these conditions across their lifespan.
