Victorian Primary Care Partnership
The case study explores BLPCP’s work with local testing clinics to distributed Health Promotion Packs to community members following COVID testing. These packs contained fact sheets on social connectedness, health eating, physical activity as well as location- specific lists of health, social and community contacts.
