Victorian Primary Care Partnership

The Identifying and Responding to Family Violence Project was led by the Inner North West Primary Care Partnership and delivered in collaboration with Primary Care Partnerships (PCPs) across the region. Over the past five years, the PCPs worked with 13 partner organisations to build the capacity of health service workers and equip them with the skills to enable them to better identify and respond to women and children experiencing family violence.
