Course in Service Coordination Evaluation Report

In 2013, The Department of Health (DoH) provided funding to statewide Primary Care Partnerships (PCPs) to support their member organisations to access the Course in Service Coordination. The Inner North West Primary Care Partnership (INW PCP) and Hume Whittlesea Primary Care Partnership (HW PCP) partnered with Kangan Institute (a Registered Training Organisation-RTO) to deliver the Course in Service Coordination from March – May 2014.
