This panel discussion on ageing, connection and participation was held as part of Age-friendly North East Victoria’s Reconnection series. This was the second of a two-part panel discussion and explored how organisations in North East Victoria are supporting older people to maintain social connections and remain active participants in their community. Featured on the panel were projects from: – Charles Sturt University—Mapping liveability in Indigo Shire – Wodonga Council—Ageing well in Wodonga: creating new and strengthening existing pathways to reduce older people’s social isolation and increase wellbeing – Equilibre Health—Physical activity and bushfire recovery.
