Victorian Primary Care Partnership
This project focused on increasing the activity at the Myrtleford Senior Citizens Centre by encouraging use of the centre by third party groups and revitalising the current space. This was a joint project with Alpine Shire Council and Alpine Health and funded by Central Hume Primary Care Partnership.
