The Central Hume Prevention Plans (strategic and annual action) work on primary prevention with a place-based approach. The Annual Action Plan implements the Central Hume Prevention Strategic Plan 2017 –2021. A catchment approach has been taken to develop the Central Hume Prevention Strategic Plan and Annual Action Plan.
